We offer a range of free and paid support options.  Our free support is provided by our developer community, on our wiki & forum.

When time is money we can help.  We offer live helpdesk with guaranteed 2 hour response time (M-F, 9AM-5PM EST).  There are a number of options available from pay as you go (per ticket) to unlimited support plans with dedicated reps (you get their cell number).  To learn more about our support plans please contact sales.
